    <content type="html">&lt;u&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;current weight 203.4&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To meet your goal you need&amp;nbsp;to lose about 3.11lbs per week&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a name="cutid1"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;div class="ljcut" text="Today..."&gt;So last night went really really well. Scotland managed to beat France and i felt victorious. lol.&amp;nbsp; Had a few higher cal drinks than i intended to (orange and lemonade) and ate a few prawn crackers when i came home, but i refuse to feel bad about that! did end up eating half that pizza thought, which was 550 cals. yuck. it wasn't even that good, which made me more annoyed, because if im spending that amount of calories, i'd at least like it to be something i REALLY enjoy. like macaroni or something.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I always find the downside of eating less is definately being more tired. i think i slept better last nite than i have been doing, so it was a relief.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think the Zantrex is working, because usually if i'd had such a carbohydratey meal and then a few drinks i would of stayed the same or gained.&amp;nbsp; but the scale was definately down this morning, although it gave me a few different answers. stupid scale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have no idea what i'm going to eat today. i bought a few grapefruits so i might have one for lunch later.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.4lbs for this weeks target. not sure i can make it, but that wont stop me from trying.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goals - &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strike&gt;2/9/07&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 212lbs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strike&gt;&amp;nbsp; NEVER AGAIN&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strike&gt;9/9/07&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; - &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;206lbs&lt;/strike&gt;&amp;nbsp; MET&lt;br /&gt;16/9/07 - 199lbs&lt;br /&gt;23/9/07 - 196lbs&lt;br /&gt;30/9/07 - 193lbs&lt;br /&gt;7/10/07 - 189lbs&lt;br /&gt;14/10/07 - 186lbs&lt;br /&gt;21/10/07 - 183lbs&lt;br /&gt;28/10/07 - 180lbs&lt;br /&gt;4/11/07 - 177lbs&lt;br /&gt;11/11/07 - 174lbs&lt;br /&gt;16/11/07&amp;nbsp; - 172lb&lt;/div&gt;</content>

    <title>Week 2, Day 2 (66 days to go)</title>
